We keep rights to
cancel orders which buyers' expense lower than the 50% of original plants cost +
shipping and packaging expense
Winter delivery standards:
The minimum temperature in Toronto and customer areas shall not be lower than:
Orchid - minus 10 degrees
Hoya and tropical plants - minus 5 degrees
If the customer's area is very cold in winter, we will wait for suitable warm
weather to deliver the plants to the customer. We shipped to all areas in Canada
between January and February 2023.

- We will guarantee that all customers receive healthy plants from us, and
we also pay some or all of the shipping and packaging fees, so we have the
right to choose which courier plan to use to ship the plants based on our
experience.
- In winter, the destination temperature is
stable and can be shipped above minus five degrees. Before the temperature
reaches, we will maintain it free of charge until it can be shipped;
- We can hold no more than 14 days since the date of the order confirmed
if customer want us delay ship out the plants;
- We are not responsible for any mishandling or shipping losses,
shipping damage caused by
the courier;
- Leaves broken/drop-off/become yellow are normal when shipping. We will use moss to
keep the bare roots wet when shipping;

Shipping box will not include
the soil and pots, in order to avoid the leaves being hurt by heavy items.
- If the shipping cost to the customer address exceeds our expectation,
the above shipping plan will be adjusted according to the actual situation.
Of course, we will discuss the details of the shipping with the customer.

If buyers think any plant is not health, please report it in 72
hours after receive it, with pictures of plant, we will assess the plant and
give you a 25%-100% credit or plant replacement solution. We will not
provide additional guarantee after 72 hrs.
The following two scenarios will not come with
guarantee. (1) If the customers
choose a delivery plan which takes more than 7 days in delivery; (2) Customers choose an expedited deliver plan, however, due
to the courier, the delivery takes more than 7 days to come to the address
provided.
